We arrange systematic professional and technical training programs and management functions to enhance their research capabilities. The overall talent training plan aims to extend from the four dimensions of training, talent utilization, retention, and development.

We firmly believe in perfecting the planning and execution of education and training, continuously enhancing the learning motivation of colleagues, and carrying out education and training through the PDDRO cycle to transform learning into behavior, enhance human capital, and continuously cultivate professional talents. This is the key to the sustainable development of the company. Up to 2021, we have won the TTQS Silver Award for four consecutive times.


New Employee Orientation and Training Program

Our company provides a 3-month orientation and training program for new employees to help them learn job-related skills, knowledge, and attitudes, and smoothly transition and adapt to the work environment. The program includes training on labor safety and health, orientation, professional skills courses, job guidance, and supervisor interviews. After completing the orientation and training program, new employees will report to senior management on their progress and achievements during the training period.


Specialized Personnel Training

To strengthen our colleagues' awareness of occupational safety and health, we provide various types of specialized personnel training to prevent and reduce occupational hazards. We also assign colleagues to obtain qualified certificates and licenses, including initial and recurrent training, such as first aid personnel, fire safety managers, forklift operators, crane operators, occupational safety and health managers, etc. As of 2022, we have accumulated 431 relevant certificates and licenses.


Professional Skills Training

We plan an annual education and training program, holding internal training and sending colleagues to participate in external training to enhance their professional skills and knowledge. The courses cover topics such as mechanism design and analysis, automatic control, information software, patent planning and layout, English proficiency, financial and accounting management, and other related areas.


Management and Leadership Development

We offer various courses to enhance or develop managerial and leadership skills for our supervisors, such as Front-line Supervisor Training, Middle Manager Training, Strategic Goal and Performance Management, etc. These courses aim to strengthen the leadership and management capabilities of our supervisors and to help our employees progress to the next level.


Self-Learning

We provide two articles every week, and each manager holds a reading club on Monday afternoons to share their insights and discuss with colleagues to grow together.
We encourage employees to pursue further education to enhance their skills and knowledge, and the company provides tuition and miscellaneous fees reimbursements.
We have a Knowledge Management system (KM) where training materials and experience reports can be uploaded for employees to access and learn from on their own.
