Operation status
Our company is committed to implementing a risk management mechanism. At the annual management review meeting, the general manager or management representative of each business department gathers the unit supervisors to discuss, supervise, and review information related to external and internal issues. They fill out the "Annual Situation Analysis Table" and "Risk Assessment Table" to determine their objectives and strategic direction, which is compiled by the business department. We also identify external and internal issues that may affect the ability to achieve the expected results of the quality management system and develop corresponding response measures after conducting a situation analysis. Furthermore, every year, the Board of Directors is presented with a report explaining the operation status and company decisions.
