Intellectual Property Management Policy
Shuz Tung has set up a dedicated unit to formulate and implement procedures for the management, preservation and confidentiality of the Company's trade secrets, trademarks, patents, copyright and other intellectual property, and shall review the results of implementation on a regular basis to ensure the continued effectiveness of the procedures.
Our company's personnel shall abide by the relevant intellectual property regulations and shall not disclose the Company's trade secrets, trademarks, patents, copyright and other intellectual property known to the Company to others, and shall not inquire or collect intellectual property such as trade secrets, trademarks, patents, works and other intellectual property that are not related to their duties.
Operation status
Our company is committed to implementing measures for managing intellectual property rights and ensuring competitive confidentiality. The unit supervisors of each business department discuss, supervise, and review relevant information. We also incorporate trade secrets and intellectual property rights into the training curriculum. Additionally, the Board of Directors is presented with a report every year to explain the operational status.
