As a member of society, Shuz Tung Machinery Industrial Co., Ltd. implements corporate social responsibility and adheres to the concept of sustainable management, continuously promoting labor rights, ethics, and management systems. Shuz Tung Machinery complies with labor laws and regulations related to gender equality in the place of operation, formulates measures related to human rights protection and labor policies, and implements related measures. The company ensures freedom of choice of occupation, underage labor, sets working hours, wages and benefits, ensures humane treatment, allows freedom of association, female workers , protects identities, prevents retaliation, employee opinions, participation, and complaints.


According to internationally recognized standards, we are committed to protecting the human rights of our employees and respecting them. This includes the following:

1. Freedom of choosing one's occupation: Not using or supporting the use of forced labor.

2. Underage Labor: Comply with the Labor Standards Act and do not employ or support the employment of children under the age of 15.

3. Working hours: According to research, there is a significant correlation between productivity decline, staff turnover rate increase, and the increase of injuries and illnesses with workers' fatigue. Therefore, working hours should not exceed the maximum limit set by local laws and regulations. In addition, the weekly working hours should not exceed 60 hours (including overtime), except in emergencies or special circumstances. Workers should be allowed to rest for at least one day every seven days.

4. Wages and Benefits: The wages paid to workers should comply with all relevant wage laws, including those related to minimum wages, overtime, and statutory benefits.

5. Human treatment: Avoid harsh and inhumane treatment of employees, including any form of sexual harassment, sexual assault, physical punishment ,mental abuse, or verbal abuse. And do not threaten to engage in any such behavior.

6. Non-discrimination: Forced, abusive, or exploitative sexual harassment behaviors cannot be allowed, including postures, language, and physical contact.

7. Freedom of association: According to local laws, participants should respect the right of all employees to organize and participate in the labor unions, collective bargaining, and participate peaceful assembly, while also respecting the right of employees to abstain from such activities.

8. Women Workers: Take effective measures to protect the health and safety of female workers and maternities in accordance with legal requirements and their specific needs.

9. Legal Disclosure of Information: All of the company's operational activities should be accurately recorded and maintained. Disclose information on labor participation, health and safety, environmental activities, business activities, organizational structure, financial condition, and performance in accordance with applicable regulations and common industry practices.

10. Protection of identity and prevention of retaliation: Unless prohibited by law, procedures should be established to protect suppliers and employee whistleblowers and ensure the confidentiality and anonymity of their identities.

11. Privacy: Privacy and data security laws and regulatory requirements should be complied with when collecting, storing, processing, transmitting, and sharing personal data.

12. Employee opinions, participation, and complaints: Develop sustainable procedures (including effective complaint mechanisms) to assess employees' awareness of the practices or violations covered by this code and obtain their feedback in order to drive continuous improvement.
